Dr. Mitch Abrams presented an inspiring talk titled “Sparking The Heart of Humanity."  He shared a vision that NexGenHealth Foundation is creating around how heart coherence education can transform not only individual well-being but also community connection, and even global health.

The science of coherence — the alignment of heart, brain, and body — revealed how cultivating compassion and connection can ripple outward into measurable societal change.
