Turning Fear Into Love: An Event to Support Israel’s Victims of Terror
Click Here to DonateOn November 5, 2023, in the heart of Toronto’s vibrant art scene, a delicately curated gathering of profound purpose and unity unfolded at the Jessica Gorlicky Gallery. Against the backdrop of a recent tragedy—October 7’s devastating attack in Israel—attendees joined together both in person and virtually, transcending distance and cultural divides to hold space, offer compassion for the victims and hostage, and to support a very special and incredibly unique organization in Israel called IMFA (Integrative Medicine For All), as they urgently stepped up their service and capacity to meet the mental health needs of those in crisis.
More About IMFAThis event was about solidarity, peace, and human unity as we gathered hearts together from Toronto and around the world.
Our world-renowned RADD ARTist, Jessica Gorlicky was there to honour this event with artistry, capturing the energy of this moment, with heart, in art.
The RADD ART piece was used to generate almost $350,000 CAD in fundraising.

As a professional speaker, Dr. Mitch Abrams delivered an impactful address, illuminating the science behind our interconnectedness and its potential to transform healthcare, healing, and our vision for a united world. Together with the NexGenHealth team, Dr. Mitch works to reshape our understanding of human connection by demonstrating how deeply we’re all interconnected. This shift in perspective—seeing ourselves as part of a shared energy—opens the door to profound change: more compassionate healthcare, greater emphasis on inner healing to improve health, and a kinder, more unified world. By connecting insights from science, spirituality, mindfulness, and ancient wisdom, NexGenHealth shows how these diverse fields point to the same core truths about our nature, paving a path toward a more peaceful, healthy future for all.

At the center of the evening was a tribute to IMFA (Integrative Medicine For All), a nonprofit organization based in Israel. IMFA stands apart with its holistic approach to healthcare, offering a sanctuary of healing in a time of need. Committed to integrative care, IMFA combines conventional medicine with evidence-based holistic practices to foster immediate and profound healing outcomes. In a world often focused solely on traditional methods, IMFA’s unique model—grounded in clinical research—demonstrates how a compassionate, inclusive approach can lead to unprecedented healing.
IMFA and NexGenHealth share a common mission: to revolutionize healthcare by providing holistic support that treats the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.
The event aimed to raise funds for IMFA's urgent and impactful work in supporting Israeli citizens affected by the horrific events of October 7 and beyond. IMFA’s trauma support services are unique and unmatched by any other institution.
IMFA has made remarkable progress in gaining institutional acceptance of integrative medicine within Israel’s public health services. The organization seeks to expand this success by promoting a broader view of health—one focused on overall well-being rather than merely the absence of disease. By making these therapies accessible to all, IMFA fosters a more inclusive health system where advanced medical care is complemented by emotional support, empowering patients on their path to a fulfilling life.
IMFA's Goals:
- Offer holistic rehabilitation that supports the whole person—body, mind, and soul.
- Expand recognition and integration of body-mind-spirit treatments within Israel’s public health services.
- Shift the health perspective from a disease-focused model to one centered on overall well-being.
- Make integrative care accessible to all, regardless of background.
- Combine top-tier medical care with emotional support to aid rehabilitation.
