Community Compassion Project

Community Compassion Project

Grow Kindness. Cultivate Connection. Be a #Compassionaut.

Join a 6-week global experiment blending intentional living, heart coherence, and the science of compassion—right from your business, school, or home.

What Is It?

A simple yet powerful project:
Place six flowers in vases, each labeled with a different emotion (e.g., love, anger, joy). With weekly observations and shared reflections, you'll explore how intention impacts life, energy, and community.

Led by:

  • Dr. Mitch Abrams, radiologist, educator, and certified educator of applied compassion from Stanford University’s Centre for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE).

  • Monika Meulman, intuitive healer and founder of The Healing Muse

Why It Matters

  • Aligns with research in emotional resilience and wellbing, water vibration, and heart coherence

  • Sparks meaningful conversation and community engagement

  • Contributes to global insights on the ripple effect of compassion

How It Works

  • Set up a small ledge or window display with six vases and flowers

  • Speak or think the associated word toward each flower daily

  • Document your experiment weekly (photos & reflections)

  • Share your journey online to inspire others
