“We had Michael and Jahna join us for a private corporate retreat and from the moment they arrived we knew it would be special. Michael’s exquisite playing of ancient Himalayan bowls, paired with Jahna’s angelic, perfectly matched voice, transported us to another realm. When it ended, we lay in silence, afraid to disturb the deep inner peace. Spectacular; I can’t recommend them enough!”

Dear Dr. Abrams, Thank you again for an excellent and deeply meaningful session. The presentation was exceptionally well-received by our physician community. Participants appreciated the balance between scientific evidence and practical application …. These resonated deeply with physicians facing burnout, offering both validation and practical tools that can be integrated into daily clinical life. Overall, the session was insightful, evidence-informed, and highly applicable. It has certainly contributed meaningfully to our ongoing physician wellness efforts, and I believe it will have a lasting positive impact on those who attended.

— Dr.Prashant A. Jani MD, FCAP, FRCPC —

“I’ve been attending Michael and Jahna’s sound baths for many years, and the experience they offer is consistently profound and deeply healing. Their work has become an essential ritual for me. I now find myself returning each month to their Santa Monica gatherings, drawn to the exquisitely musical journey they create as a way to close out the week. I’m so grateful for the beauty and depth of this extraordinary experience.”

"...Dr. Mitch presents a solid, science-backed case for a conscious healthcare model that would greatly benefit healthcare workers and patients alike."

— Jackie Obermeyer, Ph.D., Canada —

“Michael and Jahna’s mindful sound healing experience is truly transformative. The resonant tones of the Tibetan singing bowls guided us into a deep state of peace, mindfulness, and complete relaxation. Within just 45 minutes, we could feel a profound shift, both individually and collectively, that left us in awe of the power of sound to create such positive, tangible outcomes. Together, Michael and Jahna create a space that gently yet powerfully uplifts and enlightens the soul.”

“Dr. Mitchell Abram’s session on The Science of Consciousness was incredibly insightful. Even through a virtual platform, Mitch is engaging and made it easy to connect to the topic. Not only was the information applicable to medical practice, but also useful to all participants in their daily lives with applicable and tangible takeaways.”

— Melanie Osmond; Event Assistant, Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation —

“Even after attending just two of Michael and Jahna’s sound baths, I noticed a remarkable shift, I was able to fall asleep with ease during each experience. Having struggled with insomnia for years, this felt nothing short of extraordinary. I decided to purchase a recording of one of the sessions, and to my surprise, it was just as effective at home as it was in person. I’ll absolutely be attending regularly…and continuing to bring these recordings into my nightly routine.”

Why This Experience and Why Now?

We are living in an era of constant stimulation, rising stress, fractured attention, and emotional overload. Organizations are asking for more resilience, creativity, and connection, yet most people have never been shown how to access these states from within.

This experience meets that gap with precision and power, offering a rare combination of education, evidence and felt experience. It gives people something they can immediately connect with, apply, and trust, because they can see it happening in their own physiology.

What Heart Intelligence Supports

When Heart Intelligence is activated, people experience:

Greater emotional stability and self-regulation
Improved inner awareness and decision-making
Reduced stress reactivity and faster recovery
A felt sense of meaning, grounding, and balance
Kinder, stronger, more compassionate connections

At scale, this same intelligence supports:

01

Collective intelligence    groups thinking and responding more coherently.

02

Collective wellbeing    calmer rooms, better conversations, stronger trust.

03

Collective thriving    environments where people perform and relate better together.

This experience allows participants to feel that shift directly, in their bodies, in their attention, and often in measurable data.

In high-pressure environments thinking alone is not enough.

Heart Intelligence helps people:

 Regulate before reacting
 Sense what matters before deciding
 Stay present in complexity
Access clarity without shutting down or powering through

This is not about “being calm all the time.”
It’s about having access to regulation, awareness, and choice when it matters most.
