Where Science, Sound, and the Human Heart Converge
An immersive keynote and experiential journey that transforms how people understand — and experience — coherence, connection, and inner regulation.
This collaborative experience unites groundbreaking heart-science education, live biometric measurement, and immersive sound artistry to create one of the most powerful wellness experiences organizations can offer today. Led by NexGenHealth educator and TEDx speaker Dr. Mitch Abrams, program director Jody Bresgi, and world-renowned sound artists Michael and Jahna Perricone, this experience translates complex science into something deeply felt, personally meaningful, and immediately relevant. Participants don’t just hear about coherence — they experience it, embody it, and witness measurable shifts in real time. In a world hungry for clarity, calm, and authentic connection, this experience delivers exactly that.
Why This Experience Now?
We are living in an era of constant stimulation, rising stress, fractured attention, and emotional overload. Organizations are asking for more resilience, creativity, and connection — yet most people have never been shown how to access these states from within. This experience meets that gap with precision and power, offering a rare combination of education, embodiment, and evidence. It gives people something they can immediately feel, apply, and trust — because they can see it happening in their own physiology.

About the Presenters
Dr. Mitch Abrams is a Canadian radiologist, TEDx and keynote speaker, educator, and founder of NexGenHealth Ltd. He is a certified educator of applied compassion through the Center for Compassion and Altruism Research and Education (CCARE) at Stanford Medical School.
Abrams earned his medical degree and radiology specialty from Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia, Canada, and holds a subspecialty in cross-sectional imaging from the University of Toronto. He is a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and an assistant clinical professor at the Michael G. DeGroote School of Medical Sciences. Previously, he served as the department chair of diagnostic imaging at Cambridge Memorial Hospital.
Early in his radiology career, Dr. Abrams was unexpectedly diagnosed with Hypertrophic Obstructive Cardiomyopathy and underwent open heart surgery. Experiencing the healthcare system on the front lines as a physician, as a patient, and later as a department chair, he was able to witness the many areas of incongruence and disconnect in the system. Through his own healing journey, he was catapulted on a mission to bring more heart to healthcare and to our communities. Dr. Abrams spent over a decade investigating, practicing, researching and amalgamating his learning in order to bring forth a more holistic vision of healing and wellness. Dr. Abrams brings personal stories, cutting-edge research and a new vision for a brighter and more harmonious future for humanity.
NexGenHealth Foundation is a non profit organization focused on bringing forth this paradigm in self-care, patient care and community wellness. Dr. Abrams’ initiative entitled RADD ART (RADiologist Developed Autonomic Rewiring Therapy) integrates art and music to create a sustainable funding mechanism in support of resilience training for youth, communities in need and to fund important mental health research. GlobalHeartSync.org, a NexGenHealth initiative, gamifies heart coherence and inspires a global movement to improve personal well-being and create positive change in communities worldwide.
Internationally renowned music, sound and certified mindfulness practitioners, Michael and Jahna, instill wellbeing, deep inner-relaxation and inspirational states throughout their Transformances featuring ancient Himalayan singing bowls (300-600 yrs. old), ethereal vocal toning, mindfulness guidance, sacred gongs, koshi bells, chimes, guitar, flute and song.
We’re Michael and Jahna Perricone — partners in life and sound — devoted to awakening wellbeing, deep clarity, and creative flow through the timeless language of resonance. Our work weaves mindfulness, music, and the shimmering tones of antique Himalayan singing bowls (dating back 300–600 years) into experiences that calm the mind, open the heart, and rekindle creative connection.
Bridging the ancient with the modern, we invite a conscious kindness into the present moment through Jahna’s gentle mindfulness guidance and ethereal vocals, and Michael’s masterful artistry with singing bowls, guitar, and sound design. Together, we create spaces where stillness sings and sound becomes sanctuary.
Jahna is a certified UCLA Mindfulness Awareness Facilitator through the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center and the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior, and serves as Director of Mindfulness Programs at C3, the Center for Conscious Creatives.
